Shipping policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy governs the terms under which Tharpure Organic Farm processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through our website. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms outlined herein. 

1. Shipping Coverage 

We deliver across India through trusted third-party logistics partners. However, certain remote or non-serviceable pin codes may have limited availability or extended delivery timelines. We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders where delivery is not operationally feasible. 

2. Order Processing Time 

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.  
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.  
  • Processing timelines may be extended during peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen operational constraints.  

Order processing refers to verification, packaging, and handover to logistics partners and does not include transit time. 


3. Estimated Delivery Timeline
 

Delivery timelines are approximate and calculated from the date of order confirmation. 

Orders are generally delivered within 7–10 business days after order confirmation, depending on the delivery location and operational conditions. 

Actual delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or regulatory restrictions. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates and shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or unforeseen circumstances. 


4. Shipping Charges
 

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout prior to payment.  
  • We may, at our sole discretion, offer promotional or conditional free shipping on select orders.  


5. Tracking Order 

Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation notification via email and/or SMS containing tracking details. 

Tracking information is provided by third-party courier services. While we endeavor to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee real-time tracking updates or uninterrupted tracking access.  

6. Packaging & Handling 

All products are packed using standard industry practices to ensure safe transit and hygiene. 

Due to the natural composition of products such as ghee, minor variations in texture (including liquefaction or solidification) during transit are normal and do not constitute a defect or quality issue. 

7. Damaged, Tampered, or Incorrect Deliveries 

Please check your package at the time of delivery. If the product is damaged, tampered, or incorrect, do not worry—we are here to help. 

In such cases, you must inform us within 2 days of receiving the order for a replacement. 

To process your request, please share: 

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging  
  • A short unboxing video showing the damage or issue  

Once we verify the issue, we will arrange a replacement as per our policy. 

Requests made after 2 days may not be eligible for replacement or support. 

8. Delivery Address Responsibility 

Please ensure that you provide a complete, correct, and updated delivery address while placing your order, including accurate pin code and contact details. 

You are fully responsible for any errors in the address provided by you. 

We will not be responsible for: 

  • Delivery delays  
  • Non-delivery of order  
  • Loss of shipment  

if the address is incorrect, incomplete, or outdated. 


9.   Delays Beyond Control 

We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: 

  • Natural disasters  
  • Strikes, labor disputes, or lockouts  
  • Government restrictions or regulatory actions  
  • Courier service disruptions  
  • Political unrest or emergencies  
  • Pandemics or lockdowns  

In such cases, delivery timelines shall be extended accordingly without liability. 


10. Limitation of Liability
 

Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased. 

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from shipping delays, non-delivery, or third-party courier performance.
